Marie's interview

What's the best moment you've ever had at work?

Three years ago, Emma Walmsley came to visit the Rixensart site. My manager asked me to present our project to her even though I was only the youngest member of the team. That's when I realised how much confidence they had in me, even though I didn't have much experience.

What are you most proud of in your job?

Having the chance to manage a team that is passionate about our work and knows that it counts. I can't thank my team enough for trusting me and putting a smile on my face every morning.

Are you enthusiastic about the future of GSK?

GSK puts innovation at the heart of its business. I feel like there is a real desire to innovate and a certain freedom in our research. That's very motivating, it inspires me and my team. When I see our pipeline, I'm reassured about our future.

How would you describe your working environment?

I would describe my environment as challenging, but also caring. Everything is done with people's well-being in mind.

What would tell someone who is considering working at GSK?

If you join my team, you won't be disappointed by the confidence and energy I'll put into your development.
